JOB INFORMATION

담당업무 Work: - development and continuour refinement of underwriting guidelines.
- Work closely with Portfolio Management and Acturial on improvements to risk selection.
- Development of a strict governance process that will assure strict compliance with all regulatury and internal requirements.
- Leadership, management and development of a team of home office and call center underwriters.
- Establishment of a rigorous collection of all pertinent and decision points relating to rish selection.
- Maintain a regular underwriting audit schedule.
- Last point of underwriting referral for the largest and most complex underwriting cases.

Skills and Experience Required

경력 Career: -20 year’s experience in life, accident and health underwriting.
- Excellent knowledge of Korean consumer insurance market.
- Bilingual. Korean / English.
