Regional Merchandising Strategies and planning
- Store profiling for new and existing stores by analyzing the markets and aligning global strategy
- Provide competitive market analysis on products and pricing
- Monitor and analyses key launches; maximize seasonal sell-through
- Work with VM and Operations to ute timely floor-set launches monthly 

Optimize Product Assortment & Monitor New Product Launches
- Conduct competitive shop and pricing analysis on a seasonal basis
 

Inventory Management

 - Over 8 years Retail Merchandising experience including Non-apparel and apparel categories (과장~부장급)
- Excellent communicator both in Korean and English
- Highly organized, detail oriented and ability to multi-task 
- Bachelor's degree in BA or Fashion related

- overseas schooling or experienced-advantage
