This position has responsibility and authority for:

¡¤         Motivated, Self-directed individual capable of uting assigned tasks and solving problem in a professional manner.

¡¤         Demonstrated ability to provide project level leadership.

¡¤         Participate in relevant trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.

¡¤         Develop professional sales presentations tailored to the potential customer needs requirements.

¡¤         Secure and further enhance the image of Durr as a reliable and competent business partner for the supply of CTS products.

¡¤         Provide regular feedback to local and divisional management on market potential, targeted projects, quotation status and competitors activities.

¡¤         Develop new customer & business field.

¡¤         Establish effective internal global communications regarding customers, products, and services to maximize engineering and sales effectiveness.

¡¤         Liaise with other members of sales team and other departments/Durr divisions to ensure good communication

¡¤         Perform other related duties as assigned.

¡¤         Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time to ensure the fulfillment of company customer service, development objectives and company image as per changeable business environment.

¡¤         To undertake acquisition and sales activities for Durr Korea, achieving the objectives of market penetration and order intake according to business plan.

¡¤         Higher Diploma / Degree in Engineering for mechanical, controls, chemical engineering, environmental

¡¤         At least 15 years¡¯ sales experience in the business field ((Business field involving design, purchase, construction, commissioning etc.)

¡¤         Commercial background and negotiating skills

¡¤         Strong sales and marketing know-how

¡¤         Self-starter with ability to lead and motivate a team.

¡¤         Experience working in cross-functional teams with application engineering and operations groups relative to the application of products and ution of projects is desirable.

¡¤         Creativity and attention to detail needed to develop project bid alternates unique providing a competitive advantage.

¡¤         Experience with SAP or other design data management and analysis systems preferred.

¡¤         Excellent planning & analytical skills.

¡¤         Good communication and people approach.

¡¤         High commitment and hard-working attitude, cost awareness

¡¤         Customer GTC(general & condition) analysis capabilities

¡¤         Good command of English
