• Conduct laser materials processing as required by customer’s demands. • Demonstrate new lasers and optics to customers.
• Perform laser materials processing investigations as required by BU, marketing or with specific customers.
• Sets up laser based systems and other lab equipment, and performs maintenance and supports troubleshooting on system.
• Composes test reports for customers, process development report, as well as configuration documents.
• Researches and determines approaches, as well as build, new or improved laser applications including hardware and recipes development.
• Customer supports for laser process setup in customer site and optimize applications based on customer requirement.

Skills and Experience Required
- 학력 Education
- BA/MS in Laser, Electro-optics, Material science, Mechanical engineering, or related discipline with experience in the laser processing of materials. • 레이저, 전기광학, 재료과학, 기계공학의 BA/MS 또는 재료의 레이저 가공에 대한 경험이 있는 관련 학문 분야
- 경력 Career
-
• 3+ years hands on experience in laser application development, laser system operation and maintenance. • Experience working with the laser architectures: Excimer, DPSS, fiber, thin disk, slab with wavelengths.
• Some knowledge of G-code would be desired.
• 레이저 응용 프로그램 개발, 레이저 시스템 셋업 및 유지보수 분야에서 3년간 실무 경험
• 레이저 아키텍처 작업 경험: 엑시머, DPSS(다이오드펌핑고체레이저), 섬유, 얇은 디스크, 파장 슬래브
• G-code 지식
