- Create intercompany PO, external order based on weekly MRP (Min/Max) for direct material.

- Ensure on time delivery, and quality.

- Indirect material purchasing through PR/PO process

- Account payable management

- Supplier management (Supplier contract, NDA, OTD, Quality)

- Create  WIP job based on sales order in Oracle and manager's direction.

- Schedule newly created sales orders and reschedule them on an event basis in a timely manner.

- Monitor WIP jobs progress, complete and close them in Oracle.

- Perform resource transactions on a daily basis.

- Close completed WIP jobs, working with finance.

- Perform various transactions in Oracle

- Communicate with Logistics and Sales team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- ERP (especially Oracle) experience preferred

- Be proactive and passionate

- Proficiency in MS office

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Minimum 3 year in SCM or Production Planning experience
