the position is accountable for supporting overall merchandising operations.

       Sales and stock reporting support for adequate stock level to the boutiques .

       Receiving orders for new products from the boutiques and align delivery date.

       Supporting timely delivery of product order check.  

       Monitoring no/slow moving stocks, to be returned in Korea .

       Reporting EDI sales with Retail pro sales to Merchandising Manager. 

       Ensure the diffusion and usage of IT systems (Diogene, Retail Pro, etc.) in the stores, and providing necessary training support.

       Reporting after sales procedures and costs, under the guideline.

       Providing adequate stock for repair kits.

       Supporting the defective products report.

       Reporting the implementation of the product insurance offered to final customers, by liaising with each boutique assist.

       Understanding the logistic activities, both at international level (importation and re-exportation of stocks and consigned products), and at a local level (transfer of products among boutiques)

       Liaising with local forwarders, preparing the necessary documentation to timely ute custom procedures for importation and exportation of products

       Supporting the organization of high-jewelry sales events

       Reporting daily and monthly sales, inventory and KPIs (i.e. store traffic)

       Surveying competitors’ prices and new collections

       Perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects where necessary.

Skills and Experience Required

학력 Education
BA / BS degree or equivalent required
경력 Career
2년 이상
Experience in luxury retail industry. (Preferred)

Required Competencies

       Ability to manage multi tasks simultaneously with superior time-management skills.

       Strong demand, replenishment and planning skills.

       Excellent MS-office, especially excel skills.

       Fluency in written and spoken English language.

       Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills, positive and proactive attitude.
