보고라인- head of global HR(스위스)& CEO in Asia PacificThe Regional HR Director leads the development and implementation of short and medium term plans for HR in the region, taking into account business ambition/strategy and Global HR strategy.
The incumbent act as a business partner to the Regional President across the region. He/she supports the achievement of regional and global business priorities through the creation of innovative, commercially viable, and relevant HR strategy and frameworks, data and business insights with the support of global HR

ㅇ Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field is required; Master's degree preferred.ㅇ A minimum of 15 years’ of progressive experience in HR generalist, specialist role and 3 to 5 years' experience in an HR leadership positionㅇ Preferably international experience, minimally experience in a multi-national companyㅇ Experience in developing or implementing HR projects, such as training programs, employee surveys, compensation system, etc.
