1) Sales Planning and Management  - Planning for DF monthly order budget and  store incentive target  - Work with Store Managers to achieve sales  goals - Keep track of sell though and plan proper promotion activities  cooperating with MKT team. 2) Product Assortment & Order Management -  Ensure stores right product assortment and maintain proper stock coverage to  maximize sales and achieve sales target  - Performance tracking vs. plan (POP  specific sell-through & inventory, assortment mix, product category  performance, customer trend analysis, product penetration, etc.)  - Supervise  order input, invoice issuing and delivery check with a team. 3) Staff Management & Development - Conduct interview and hire  sales staffs cooperating with HR team. - Increase staff competency of selling  skill, product knowledge, language skill and  store operation.  4) Store  Operations |
