AP Accountant (General Accounting)

JOB INFORMATION

담당업무 Work: Department : Finance & Administration
Position : AP Accountant, general accounting
Reporting to : Accounting Manager

The role is mainly to review invoices and analyze expense (both capex and opex). Month-end closing, BS reconciliation It requires understanding of K-IFRS and fashion retail business. Accounts payable specialist is there to make sure all bills are paid in an efficient and timely manner. She/he provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it all for tax purposes. She/he might involve or take initiative role in new project.

◆ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Responsible for accounts payable (non intercompany transaction)
• Responsible for employee expense (SAP concur, bizplay)
• Prepare month-end closing
• BS reconciliation
• Communication and organization with DXC outsourcing
• In charge of IFRS-16 lease accounting
• Cost analysis by expense nature and supplier
• Control of AP process and qualification
• Comply with group standard, internal control support
• Support VAT, statutory audit, tax filling
• Ad-hoc: participant AP and payment process on behalf of HQ

Skills and Experience Required

경력 Career: ◆ REQUIREMENTS
• Over 5 years of professional experience in general accounting or finance department
• Prefer multinational fashion retail industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Expertise or strong interests in data analyzing with numbers
• Time commitment of various reporting due-date
• Sufficient work skill with Microsoft excel, SAP concur, FICO, power bi
• Flexible, adaptable, problem-solving
• Must be able to perform within a fast-paced environment
