담당업무 Work

Product Management		제품 개발, 관리 및 기술 지원
The Product Manager will oversee product line development activities for specialty lubricants used in specific industries such as machinery, wind & thermal power generation, cement, glass manufacturing, food processing, automotive, metal forging & casting and other demanding lubricant applications. Specific responsibilities will include:
Serving as the Company expert in the respective product space		제품별 담당 전문가 역할
Developing a strong understanding of the market conditions in order to prioritize opportunities to achieve growth objectives in market share and profitability		시장 점유율 및 수익성에서 성장 목표를 달성할 수 있는 기회의 우선 순위를 정하기 위해 시장 상황에 대한 정확한 이해
Providing the "voice of the customer" to the rest of the organization		고객 요구사항을 회사 내 조직에 전달
Defining the product portfolio roadmap		제품 포트폴리오 로드맵 정의
Delivering knowledge of the competitive landscape		경쟁사 제품 및 상황에 대한 지식
Directing new product development projects with the R&D Department		R&D 부서와의 신제품 개발 프로젝트
Identifing prospective customers and positioning the Company and its products within their market		잠재 고객 개발 및 시장에서 제품을 포지셔닝
Interfacing directly with customers to better understand their needs andto gain product approvals		고객과의 상호 작용을 통해 고객 요구사항을 이해하고 제품에 대한 승인을 획득
Application know how (product recommendations, business development assistance, technical problem solving, product training to customers and company sales representatives)		어플리케이션 노하우 (제품 추천, 비즈니스 개발, 기술 문제 해결, 고객 및 영업 담당자 제품 교육)
Serving as product representative within the Quality function		제품 품질 관련 담당자 역할
Acting as a technical advisor and liaison to the lab		기술 관련 연구소에 조언 및 담당자 역할

New business development		신규 비즈니스 개발
Working with global team in defining new opportunities & projects and following up & coordinating required activities (i.e. potential industries are Machinery, Wind & Thermal power generation, Cement, Glass manufacturing, Food, Automotive, Metal forging & casting) Technical service for key accounts in target industries		신규 프로젝트 개발 - 풍력/화력 발전소, 시멘트, 유리 용기, 식품, 자동차, 금속 가공 (단조 & 주물) 타겟 산업군 주요 고객사 기술 지원

Key accounts management		Key Accounts 관리
Routine customers visiting, order & shipment management, coordination of all the required technical issue		방문, 오더 및 입고 스케줄 확인, 기술적 이슈 조율

근무지 Location: 서울

Skills and Experience Required

학력 Education: 대졸이상

경력 Career

화학 또는 기계 전공자 우대

화학 또는 기계 관련 업계 5년 이상 경력

기술 지원 관련 업무 경력

영어로 커뮤니케이션 가능, 글로벌팀 리포팅

화학 업계 (윤활유 - 그리스 및 오일)에 대한 이해

B.A. in Engineering preferred

Over 5 years of experience in related filed (i.e. chemical - lubricants / adhesive / coating or machinery)

Product management or technial service experiences

Good in verbal & written English, Working experience with global team

Knowledge of chemical industry (lubricants - grease & oil)
