담당업무 Work: Responsibilities

·         Provide support on network infrastructure and desktops.

·         Software and Hardware installation.

·         MS AD – Exchange, SAP administration.

·         Sizing, capacity planning and performance tuning.

·         Backup and recovery administration.

·         Provide technical support to the business units including non-office hours when required.

·         Software and Hardware procurement.

·         Price and service management for suppliers. Assure that IT maintenance procedure are implemented in every Store
