We¡¯re seeking an ambitious and technically savvy Sales Manager to drive business growth and forge strategic partnerships for our quantum computing software platform. This is not your average sales job—it's a chance to champion disruptive technology and shape the future of computing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and ute sales strategies to grow revenue across enterprise and government sectors
2. Identify, target, and engage key decision-makers in tech-driven industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, finance, materials science)
3. Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and product demo to negotiation and closing
4. Collaborate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions for customer needs
5. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and webinars to showcase our quantum software capabilities
6. Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting using CRM tools
Skills and Experience Required
2. Proven track record in B2B software sales, ideally in emerging technologies or deep tech, min of 7 years.
3. Strong understanding of computational software, high-performance computing, or quantum theory (bonus points for any direct quantum tech experience!)
4. Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
5. Experience navigating long sales cycles with complex stakeholders
6. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment

1. Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Chemistry or related field
2. Past experience in sales and/or marketing of HPC (High Performance Computing)
3. Familiarity with quantum algorithms, simulators, or hybrid cloud platforms
4. Connections in scientific, academic, or enterprise innovation ecosystems
