- Plan and ute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media (Instagram) and display advertising campaigns and Live commerce etc.

- Be an expert on SEO and educate other team members and departments on the content improvements required to improve performance. Manage SEO agency in content production, ensuring onsite content and outreach follows the production tone of voice, is a good fit for the brand and is targeting the right audiences.

- Handling digital marketing agency and staying up to date with latest technology and best practices

- Naver store in-house operation

- Monitoring competitor activities in online mall and provide suggestions for improvement

- Consolidate online shopper feedback on a practical basis and tweak the strategy accordingly

- Improve product’s owned channel such as brand website. Recommending and implementing new functionality on the production website to optimise performance and user experience.

- Work closely with sales team for marketing perspective and boost sales (e-commerce channel)

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Regular meeting with UK marketing e-commerce team to share plan and check status

- Improve brand presentation and conversion rate optimization based on insights and analytic data

- Identify and implement new opportunities for digital growth, conversion rate optimisation, and retention and engagement strategies

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide reasons for adoption where appropriate

- Work alongside appropriate agencies to build success of digital campaigns and ensure all working towards common goals

·      Proven experience as Digital Marketing such as SEO (+7 Years)

·      Product management experience preferred (PM experience)

·      Good technical knowledge of web development and technical SEO

·      Digital/ Online marketing, Photoshop skill preferred

·      Advanced analytical skills
