- Quality Engineering work with IATF16949 & Core Tools
- Manage ISIR steps during the development of new project
- Manage customer line and field claims with 8D report
- Support 4M change and PPAP activities
- Collaborate with Internal and external Engineering group
- Quality assurance work as interface between automotive customers (Hyundai/Kia, GMK and RSM) and overseas bases for Electric/ Electronics automotive device
- General quality assurance work for automotive and affiliated manufacturers
- Solution for quality issues, visits to customers sites to explain issue and actions, improvement of customer satisfaction by swift and detailed resolution the quality concerns
- Review Lessons Learned from previous projects/failure cases (0-km/Field) and Effectiveness verification for current manufacturing processes
- Cooperation with facilities both domestic and overseas related to all aspects of quality
- Grasp the requirements of customers and develop action plans to interface with overseas factories, warehouse and offices
- Supporting field and warranty claim from customers
- Continuous improvement of business activities.
- Leading QMS (IATF16949) set up and Lean activities
