Responsibilities:
    Requires approximately 70% of time at Supplier Plants.
    Perform Supplier Evaluation & System Audit based on ISO/TS16949 and CQI requirement

    Participate in Supplier APQP activities and drive, monitor and report progress

    Perform Supplier Process Capability by SPC

    Performa Supplier Production capacity by Run at Rate

    Review, Approve and Process Supplier PPAP Submissions

    Reduce Supplier PPM/Incident toward 0 target ongoing.  
    Monitor and Report Supplier improvement metrics.
    Assist Purchase Department achieve targeted Cost – Downs ongoing..    
    Participate in major re-sourcing projects.

    Work with Suppliers to close the gap between current and desired product readiness.
    As required, assist with Supplier process improvements and data analysis.

   
    Other duties as assigned.
    Support the regional Purchasing’s initiatives as the regional team member.
    Support regional operations’ requirement as needed base.
