Responsibilities

l  Responsible for commercial team promoting 2 nephrology and 1 rare disease brands

l  Lead commercial team including 2 PMs and 1 sales manager (nationwide 9 sales reps)

l  Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives to accelerate growth of brands

l  Set the financial targets and ensure to meet the target/budget through performance monitoring with key metrics

l  Collaborate with Korea and overseas partner aligned with global strategy

l  Build and maintain profitable partnership with internal/external stakeholders for brands success

l  Support market access team to expand brand reimbursement scope

l  Enhance commercial teams¡¯ capability and competency

l  Report to Franchise Head

Skills and Experience Required

Çз Education
BA / BS degree or equivalent required
°æ·Â Career

l  +10 yrs sales & marketing experience required

l  People management experience required

l  Product launch experience preferred

l  Productive communication skills (Korean and English) required

l  Solid financial sense required

l  Proven project management skill (in the planning and implementation of promotional programs) required

l  Ability to foster and manage productive biz relationship with internal/external stakeholders
