Pricing& Reimbursement (P&R)specialist
Develops and implements pricing and reimbursement strategies for new products reimbursement/ reimbursement scope expansion to secure accelerated market access with optimal pricing

• Execution of pricing & reimbursement strategy for assigned brand with understanding products, markets, stakeholders and health care policy supporting P&R manager
– P&R dossier development including Health Economics/Budget Impact Analysis and deliver scientific communication/follow up on supplementary data request with HIRA and NHIS reviewers
– Price negotiation with government to minimize price reduction
• Develops real world evidence research plan if necessary and collaborates with cross-functional team to ute timely
• Works closely with global team (P&MA, HEOR and Pricing implementation team) to make input on Korea issue and data requirements,
to get support on data generation to satisfy Korea requirements, and to get global pricing approval to proceed P&R process in Korea
• Close collaboration with cross-functional team (BU, Medical, Regulatory affairs, Government affairs, Business development, Finance) on P&R strategy development & implementation
• Routine P&R management (Update on P&R revision to relevant cross-functional team and PRICE system, review ATLAS on P&R related information, handle internal/external queries on P&R)
• Pricing management to minimize price erosion by various price cut regulation (PVA, mATP etc) and to provide P&R insights on pricing erosion for business planning
• Maintain industry network to be timely updated on policy changes and to participate in in industry working group for environment shaping a favourable way of AZ business
