- Assists to deliver brand-, consumer-, and market-relevant directive assortments to Comm, Ops and Retail partners to ensure clear product
segmentation strategy at retail and support of key account plans.- Ensure these directive assortments are both aesthetically and financially viable (in accordance with buying budgets)
- Conduct product performance analysis and reports to support decision making
- Create and maintain line plans/matrix and communicate plan to stakeholders
- Assist with targeted consumer research via market shopping and trade/fashion publications to contribute to assortment and pricing strategy
- Act as a conduit of information, materials and samples to all markets
- Maintain seasonal product integrity in our systems
- Present product lines at internal meetings
- Manage all key milestones/requirements in key systems

- Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3 year direct merchandising experience working at an apparel manufacturer or marketer - Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong insight on market trend
- Strong analytical skills with Excel & Word proficient
